Management of EU projects and consortia
 Euro Top provides
a full range of services that guide parties, starting from the first needs of
their project, the identification of partners, the preparation of application
forms, the regulatory requirements, the consortium agreements, the logistics,
the project administration and the negotiation with European Commission officials
and/or local government representatives. These coordinators’ services are
of particular benefit to parties interested in participating in EC financed projects.
For more than ten years, Euro Top has been appointed as "technical assistance
unit" for European Cooperation programs like Al-Invest and ETI projects (Economic
and Technological Intelligence) by several departments (DGs) of the European Commission.
To coordinate large international projects and to bring a project to completion,
expertise is required in communication, administration, information management,
reporting, interfacing and in a range of other competencies.
